All assessed statutory quality requirements are being met, including pedagogical policy, staff qualifications, early childhood education, and parent participation. The pedagogical practice fulfils all basic goals: emotional security, personal and social competence, and the transmission of norms and values. However, an issue was identified with the outdoor play area: toddlers were only permitted 45 minutes of use of the school playground, whereas the law requires that children must always be able to play outside. The provider took immediate action by arranging an alternative area that will be permanently available. There is no recovery offer; the measure was taken voluntarily.
