Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with Lutfi Vegt (VGO) at Sorghvlietweg 14 in Zwolle. The care takes place in a detached farmhouse in the Herfte neighborhood. The childminder/host parent is placed through Gastouderbureau Bij de hand and intends to start on March 17, 2026 with 6 childcare places for children aged 1, 7 and 9. The inspection was carried out by Municipal Health Service (GGD) IJsselland on March 10, 2026. All assessed domains comply with the Childcare Act. The childminder/host parent holds the required diplomas, first aid certificate (EHBO) and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The accommodation is safe and appropriately furnished. An emergency backup arrangement (achterwachtregeling) is in place. Before starting childcare, smoke detectors must still be installed on the escape route and a fire blanket and fire extinguisher must be placed. The advice to the Municipal Executive is positive: inclusion in the National Childcare Register (LRK).
