Summary
This inspection report concerns a registration investigation of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Lem s Spijker in Limmen. The inspection took place on 18 August 2026. The location is a semi-detached house with its own outdoor space, where a maximum of 6 children are cared for. During the inspection visit, two safety risks were identified: a missing smoke detector in a bedroom that forms part of an escape route, and a missing smoke detector on the attic floor. The childminder made use of the recovery offer and demonstrated within the deadline that the smoke detectors had been correctly installed. All other assessed requirements were met immediately, including registration, pedagogical work plan, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), expertise, spaces and the child abuse reporting protocol.
