This inspection report concerns a new registration application for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with Linda Lemmens-Berkelder at Lange Dreef 44 in Beuningen. The inspection took place on 16 April 2025 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gelderland-Zuid. It concerns a childminder care arrangement (VGO) for a maximum of 6 children, providing daycare, after-school care, and pre-school care at the residential address of the requesting parents. The childminder has been registered in the LRK since 2013 and currently provides care at three other addresses. The inspection comprised document review, a site visit, and an interview with the childminder. The pedagogical practice was not assessed as the childminder has not yet started at this address.
