The pedagogical professionals work from four pillars, with attention to a rich, challenging environment, room for children's own initiative, and diversity. The staff-to-child ratio is well maintained, with correct deviations on school days. The accommodation has sufficient indoor space (327.28 m²) and a challenging outdoor space.
