About this care
Welcome to Kuikennest, our daycare facility located at Sint Angelastraat 11 in Heerlen. We are part of Stichting Peuteropvang Heerlen and are situated on the grounds of primary school Eikenderveld. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.15 am to 11.45 am.
At Kuikennest we work according to the pedagogical policy of Peuteropvang Heerlen, with a focus on well-being, engagement and the six developmental areas. We offer a safe, familiar environment in which toddlers develop language, numeracy, social and motor skills through play. We use VVE methodologies (Piramide and Speelplezier) that stimulate language development and build every child's confidence.
