Summary

This is the final inspection report from GGD Hollands Noorden for childminder Kostelijk in Alkmaar, drawn up following an unannounced annual inspection on 19 August 2026. The childminder provides care through childminder agency Parento for a maximum of 2 children at her own home address. Initially, not all assessed requirements were met. The pedagogical work plan lacked various mandatory components, including the elaboration of the pedagogical policy, group composition, layout of play spaces, settling-in policy and child monitoring system. Following a recovery offer with a deadline of 4 weeks, the childminder supplemented the work plan and subsequently achieved compliance. Other areas such as pedagogical practice, Certificate of Good Conduct/PRK, qualifications, language requirement, spaces, safety and health were compliant from the outset. The GGD advises against enforcement and supports the expansion of childcare places from 2 to 4.
