Summary
GGD Brabant-Zuidoost conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at Korein Kwartelstraat in Eindhoven on 5 January 2026. The inspection was prompted by a change request to increase the number of childcare places from 46 to 51. The location provides daycare to four core groups for children aged 0–4 years and is part of the SPILcentrum Reigerlaan. The accommodation meets all requirements: following a planned renovation of toddler group de Duiven, the daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) will have at least 3.5 m² of indoor play space and 3 m² of outdoor play space per child. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The holder did not make use of the recovery offer from the previous inspection in September 2025; those violations have since been resolved. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipal executive to grant the change request.
