KOM kinderopvang Margraten is a small-scale, private daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) located in a detached residential house in Margraten. The location accommodates 24 children, divided between a baby group and a toddler group. During the annual inspection by GGD Zuid-Limburg, it was determined that the location meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and safety and health. The safety and health policy is current and covers all mandatory components, including a reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse. An adult with a valid pediatric first aid certificate is always present. In previous years 2024 and 2025, recovery offers were made regarding, among other things, the pedagogical policy plan and parental rights, but these have since been satisfactorily resolved. The license holder has not submitted a response to this report.
