Summary

GGD Flevoland conducted a registration inspection on 29 June 2026 at childminder care (gastouderopvang) Koffeman, Arubastraat 27 in Urk. The childminder provides care for a maximum of 6 children (ages 0-13) at her home address, affiliated with childminder agency (gastouderbureau) de Bult. The location generally meets the legal requirements. There were two shortcomings for which a recovery offer was made: the absence of a first aid certificate and an incomplete qualification (MBO nursing without the mandatory pedagogical module). Both have been resolved or are being addressed: the first aid certificate has been submitted subsequently and the childminder has enrolled for the pedagogical module starting on 2 September 2026. The GGD gives a positive recommendation for registration in the LRK, with a follow-up inspection in November 2026 to assess the qualification.
