Klein maar dapper Sterrenkwartier-Dapper BSO

Dapper BSO Sterrenkwartier is the after-school care facility of Klein maar dapper, located on the ground floor of primary school De Paus Johannes/Marimba at Galileïlaan 9B in Spijkenisse. We provide care for up to 44 children from grades 1 to 8 and are exclusively open to pupils of this school. Our doors are open on weekdays from 07:00 – 08:30 and from 14:00 – 18:30. After school, children can relax with us, but they are also challenged. We teach them to deal with differences, to accept them and to take them into account. From grade 5 onwards, children are given increasing control over the daily programme; they actively contribute ideas about activities and are given space to introduce their own ideas. In this way, they grow in independence and responsibility. Our mentor works closely with the primary school teachers. These short lines ensure a continuous developmental line between school and after-school care. We align our activities and guidance with what has happened in the classroom during the day, so that each child receives the right support. Through this collaboration, we create a familiar and safe environment where children feel at home and can develop optimally.
