About this care
Welcome to Kinderpaleis Almere Poort, where we want to make things as easy as possible for you. We offer extended opening hours from 7:00 AM in the morning until 7:00 PM in the evening, so we can meet your needs. With us, your child comes first. We offer healthy meals, plenty of exercise, and numerous activities for children to choose from every day.
Our professional chef prepares fresh meals every day, because we believe it's important that children eat well and healthily. In addition, we have a large outdoor space of no less than 1,000m2 with a traffic square, basketball court, football pitch, play equipment, and trampoline. We also do sports twice a week in an external gymnasium and have our own football academy.
We use an advanced camera system for optimal safety and have equipped our entire building with air conditioning. Through our parent app, you can always stay informed about activities and important information regarding your child(ren). We also offer cooking classes, where children learn to bake cookies, cupcakes, and pancakes, as well as prepare a healthy hot meal.Read more

Summary
BSO Kinderpaleis-Poort in Almere received an unannounced annual inspection visit on 19 November 2025. Following a recovery offer, the location now complies with all tested statutory requirements. There were two violations: the hours allocated to the pedagogical policy staff member were incorrectly calculated, and five components were missing from the pedagogical policy plan. The provider submitted a revised policy plan and coaching plan within the deadline; both violations have been resolved.
