Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted a follow-up investigation on 4 November 2025 at after-school care (BSO) 't Kevertje in Erp following an earlier directive from the municipality. The inspection reassessed pedagogical practice and reporting code knowledge. Observations and interviews show that the location now meets all assessed quality requirements: pedagogical conduct during mealtimes has improved, staff members are well informed about signs and steps regarding domestic violence/child abuse, and they know their duty to report, consult, and file a report. The previously identified violations have been resolved without requiring a new recovery offer (herstelaanbod). The advice to the municipality is no enforcement.
