About this care
Kinderopvang Speelgeluk is a small-scale daycare centre with a homely atmosphere, located at Donk 35 in Meijel. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years in one vertical group. In our warm, familiar environment, children have the space to play and discover at their own pace.

Summary
Kinderopvang Speelgeluk in Meijel, a small-scale daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for children aged 0–4 with 16 places, was inspected on 11 May 2026 by GGD Limburg-Noord (Municipal Health Service). The inspection was an unannounced annual review. Following use of a recovery offer, the location now meets all assessed requirements of the Childcare Act. The pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights were assessed. One violation was identified: the complaints procedure lacked a description of its scope. This was corrected after a recovery offer. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
