Welcome to Partou Otje at Skagerrak 180 in Hoofddorp! Our daycare center provides a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0 to 4 years. Located within the community school in the Bornholm East district, we collaborate with toddler care and after-school care, allowing children to make new friends and discover new materials.
Our location features a large, green outdoor space where children can play and explore every day. The outdoor playground includes a sandbox and plenty of greenery, inviting adventurous play. Inside, the group spaces are bright and cozy, where little ones learn from the toddlers and toddlers learn to consider the little ones. This fosters social development and self-confidence in all children.
Location manager Eveline Barnhoorn and her team are ready to give your child a warm welcome. We track every milestone and every smile through our own app, keeping parents involved in their child's development. We serve fresh and healthy meals daily, ensuring your child is well cared for during their time with us.

Municipal Health Service (GGD) Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 18 June 2026 at Kinderopvang Otje in Hoofddorp, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for children aged 0 to 4 years with 62 places. The location meets all assessed quality requirements, including registration in the persons register, the domestic violence and child abuse reporting protocol (meldcode), and the information obligation to parents. The pedagogical climate, staff linkages, and complaints procedure were found to be in order. The parent committee has expressed concerns about the new approach to requesting advice and participation, which has been fed back to the holder Smallsteps B.V. In previous years there were violations (reporting protocol 2023, hand hygiene and documents 2022), but these were resolved through a recovery offer (herstelaanbod).
