About this care
Welcome to BSO Kinderopvang One Family located at Madridweg 102 in Almere. We provide small-scale and professional after-school care for up to 30 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since June 10, 2022, under LRK number 167524483.
Our attractively furnished group spaces and safe outdoor play areas form the perfect place for children to relax, play and develop after school. We work with age-appropriate play materials and offer activities that match the needs and interests of the children. Think of creative craft projects, sports challenges and discovery trips in nature.
We regularly organize theme activities where different developmental areas are stimulated. Recently we visited Campina during the open farm days, where children could ride ponies, take tractor and hay cart rides, feed animals and get their faces painted. We also offer workshops such as Krav Maga, where children playfully learn self-defense and build self-confidence.
Our pedagogical staff approach each child as if it were their own child. We see ourselves as one big family where children feel safe and at home. We work closely with primary schools in the area to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care.

BSO Kinderopvang One Family in Almere was inspected unannounced on 13 August 2026 by GGD Flevoland. The after-school care (BSO) for 30 children (ages 7-13) meets all quality requirements following recovery of three shortcomings. The atmosphere was experienced as calm and relaxed, with children being welcomed warmly. Three violations were identified: missing descriptions in the pedagogical policy regarding activities where children leave the base group and cross-location care, insufficient evidence that staff meet the 2F language requirement, and a missing description of social safety in the safety policy plus not always having a staff member with a valid first aid certificate present. All violations were remedied via a recovery offer (deadline 17 September 2026). The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
