Summary
Kinderdagverblijf Hanse Panse Kevertje in Creil was visited unannounced on 4 February 2026 for an annual inspection by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Flevoland. The location provides care for a maximum of 28 children aged 0 to 4 years, divided between a baby group and a toddler group. The pedagogical climate is assessed positively: the childcare professionals have warm contact with the children, work sensitively and responsively, and provide emotional safety. The accommodation is appropriately furnished with sufficient indoor and outdoor space. However, two shortcomings have been identified. Firstly, the deployment of the pedagogical policy staff member (PBM) in 2025 was insufficient: too many non-pedagogical hours were included. A recovery offer has been made for this; the holder has drawn up an action plan for 2026. Secondly, a childcare professional without baby training was deployed in the baby group on an incidental basis, which the supervisor considers an incident. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
