We are a small-scale daycare centre with 2 vertical groups (0-4 years) and room for up to 22 children per day. Thanks to our modest size we know every child and every parent personally; lines are short and the atmosphere is homely and warm. We operate on an all-inclusive basis. This means you do not need to bring anything extra: nappies, baby wipes, formula (Kruitvat 1+2), fresh fruit, bread meals, drinks and all care products are included in the childcare. At De Horsten we work according to the Triple-P parenting principles. We aim to mirror the home situation as closely as possible; eating and sleeping times follow those at home. We work with monthly themes such as seasons, counting, colours, shapes and traffic. We sing a lot, do crafts, play indoors and outdoors and make time for cuddles. The daycare centre is located near schools, a shopping centre and a petting farm, allowing us to make regular short trips. Opening hours are from 7:30 to 18:30. There is ample parking right outside the door. Our familiar faces provide stability and recognition. We apply the four-eyes principle and use camera supervision for the safety of both child and staff.
