About this care
Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Kruùmel, located in the heart of Venlo at Panhuisstraat 30. We are a small-scale daycare centre where children from 6 weeks to 4 years old can grow up in a homely and creative atmosphere. With us, development through play is central: children have fun, learn social skills and discover their talents at their own pace and in a creative way.
Our spaces are carefully designed so that every child feels safe and at ease. We offer a professional approach that allows parents to entrust the care of their child to us with peace of mind. Our pedagogical staff closely follow each child’s development and tailor activities and materials to the children’s world of experience, continuously challenging them to make new discoveries.

Payment
Rates shown are gross amounts. You will receive a contribution toward your costs via the childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) from the Dutch Tax Administration. Childcare rates are exempt from VAT. The maximum hourly rate reimbursed by the Dutch Tax Administration for 2026 has been set at €11.23.

Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report of 14 July 2026 for daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Kruùm el in Venlo concerns an unannounced incidental investigation following a report about the indoor climate, heat, ventilation and possible moisture and mould problems. The inspection concludes that the provider complies with the statutory obligations for a safe and healthy childcare environment. No violations were identified. The group rooms were warm (approximately 28°C with 32°C outside), but the provider has taken adequate measures including a heat protocol, extra drinking moments, cooled water, adjusted activities and communication with parents. Two mobile air conditioning units are present with shielding of warm exhaust hoses. Traces of earlier water damage are visible, but there are no indications of current leaks or mould formation. The provider is investing in improvement of the indoor climate, including planned installation of fixed air conditioning.
