This inspection report concerns a registration inspection for daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 'In het Bos' in Haelen, part of Natureluur B.V. The inspection took place on 18 February 2026, with a supplementary visit on 17 March 2026. The location will open with three core groups for a maximum of 45 children (ages 0-4) as of 1 May 2026. At the first visit, the location was still under renovation; at the supplementary visit, the operator was able to demonstrate that safe childcare would be feasible. Most assessed conditions are being met, including pedagogical policy, safety and health policy, domestic violence reporting code, accommodation requirements, and parental rights. Some elements could not yet be assessed as the practice does not yet exist; these will follow during the post-registration inspection.
