About this care
Welcome to Kindercentrum ’t Lammetje, located within primary school De Oostvogel in the heart of Lamswaarde. We provide childcare for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely and safe environment. Our baby and toddler groups follow the VVE programme Uk and Puk, with themes closely aligned to the school’s kindergarten classes, ensuring a continuous developmental line from the very youngest to primary school.
Inside, we offer a spacious, playful layout with different corners: a cosy seating area to relax, a shop for role-play discovery and a kitchen to prepare the tastiest dishes. This setup stimulates children’s imagination and independent play. Outdoors, children can enjoy our green, spacious playground with a large play area. The natural surroundings provide ample opportunities for exploration and movement.
Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to give the children a warm and safe day. We believe it is important that every child feels seen and valued. Summary
Kindercentrum 't Lammetje in Lamswaarde, part of Kinderopvang Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, was inspected on 28 May 2026 by GGD Zeeland (Municipal Health Service). The incidental inspection took place following an application to expand the number of daycare places from 8 to 16. The combination group of 16 places (8 KDV, 8 BSO) will be dissolved and replaced by two separate facilities that will still function as a combination group at fixed times. The inspection demonstrated that the location meets all inspected quality requirements: changes, pedagogical policy, stability of care, safety and health policy, and space requirements. The indoor space (67.5 m²), outdoor space and sleeping space are more than adequate. Previous shortcomings in 2023 (pedagogical policy) and 2024 (preschool education) have been resolved following recovery offers. The operator did not submit a response.
