At CKC Drenthe, the child is at the heart of everything we do. We provide Christian primary education and childcare at 31 child centers spread across Assen, Aa en Hunze, Borger-Odoorn, Tynaarlo, Noordenveld and Midden-Drenthe. Each of our child centers has its own unique character, but they all share the ambition to pay attention to every child and to provide each child with a strong foundation in a safe and nurturing environment.

GGD Drenthe conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at after-school care (BSO) Kindcentrum Beatrix in Beilen on 17 August 2026. The inspection focused on the application to expand the number of childcare places from 20 to 30. The inspection assessed the areas of modifications, pedagogical policy, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. The location meets the statutory requirements in all areas. There is sufficient space (119 m² indoors and adequate outdoor space via the schoolyard), staff are properly qualified and registered, and the pedagogical and safety policies are up to date.
