Kindcentrum Slagharen is located at Dokter Willemslaan 152 in Slagharen and is part of Stichting Welluswijs. We provide after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 13 years. Our location has a capacity of 22-25 childcare places and is registered in the National Register under number 208315329.
As part of Welluswijs, we carry the vision that children should be able to discover, develop and grow in a safe environment. We believe that parenting and growing up go hand in hand and that we, as childcare providers, can be a collaborative partner for parents in their role as educators.
Our after-school care offers children the space to relax, play and learn after school. We strive to create a suitable offer for each child in which there is room for both relaxation and development. The location is easily accessible and offers a familiar environment where children feel at home.

Summary
Kindcentrum Slagharen (after-school care/BSO) was inspected unannounced on 22 July 2025 by GGD IJsselland (Municipal Health Service). The child center provides care for a maximum of 22 children and is part of Stichting Welluswijs. All assessed subjects comply with the Childcare Act (Wet kinderopvang): administration is complete and timely, the pedagogical policy is extensive and concretely elaborated, staff hold the correct diplomas, Certificate of Conduct (VOG) statements and language proficiency levels, and safety procedures such as the domestic violence reporting code are in place and known to the team. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The center organises thematic holiday activities, among other things, and collaborates with other local providers. No recovery offer was required. The municipality of Hardenberg is advised not to take enforcement action.
