About this care
Welcome to Kidswereld Kremerschool, our after-school care (BSO) located at Reigerlaan 7 in Nederhorst den Berg. We are situated right inside the Meester Kremerschool and welcome up to 20 children from grades 3 to 8 every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 14:30 and 18:30.
Our qualified pedagogical staff greet the children with a daily circle moment, after which everyone is free to choose: join the organised activity or invent something of their own. Crafts, wood-work, castle building, outdoor play – it is all possible. Thanks to our unique spot next to the football pitches we can also run a weekly Sport BSO where children can try almost any sport, from hockey to boxing.
During school holidays and study days we move to our main site on Platanenlaan, where we team up with children from other schools for exciting outings such as visiting the baker, exploring the Amsterdam Forest or playing in the local playground. Healthy eating is part of the programme: on Wednesdays and Fridays we share a joint lunch, while on other days we offer a variety of fruits so children can discover new tastes.

Summary
Kidswereld Kremerschool is a small after-school care (BSO) location in Nederhorst den Berg for a maximum of 20 children aged 4-7, based in a primary school and open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 16 June 2025. The location now meets all statutory quality requirements: the pedagogical policy was supplemented with a concrete description of multi-site childcare (kindercentrum-overstijgende opvang) following a recovery offer, and implementation of the safety policy has been tightened so that children now eat calmly at the table. The pedagogical practice appears positive: children experience emotional security and are encouraged in their independence. Staff are qualified, registered in the personnel register and present in correct ratios; the accommodation offers sufficient indoor and outdoor space and is arranged safely and invitingly. Parents are well informed about care on non-school days. No violations are currently active; both identified deficiencies have been resolved through a recovery offer. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
