About this care
Kids Lodge De Bereboot BS Dierdonk Helmond is our daycare centre located at Oude Dierdonk 1 in Helmond. We provide loving, safe and professional care for children aged 0 to 4 years. As part of Kids Lodge, we combine the strength of a national organisation with the warm, green identity of De Bereboot.
Our location in the middle of nature offers babies and toddlers a place to discover and grow. We work with horizontal age groups: Kleine Kapiteintjes, Matroosjes and Zoete Zeebonkjes (0-2 years) and Bootsmannen, Peuters in het wild, Schippers and Piraten (2-4 years). Our pedagogical staff provide a calm, homely environment with familiar faces. We follow a fixed daily routine with time for naps, feeding and play. For the youngest we have separate sleeping areas and parents can bring their own formula.
Outdoor play, eating and discovery are central. We have a spacious garden, a vegetable garden, an animal meadow with sheep and chickens, and are located near the forest. Music, dance, crafts, technology, nature, cooking and sports are regular workshop themes. Healthy nutrition is a priority: we serve fresh fruit and healthy snacks. For BSO we offer warm meals.

The location meets the quality requirements for pedagogical climate (3 of 4 items), staff and groups, and accommodation.
