GGD Limburg-Noord conducted an unannounced post-registration inspection at BSO Kiddos in Tegelen on 15 April 2026. The small-scale after-school care (BSO) for a maximum of 30 children (ages 4-13) opened in March 2026 in an apartment complex with its own entrance. Following a recovery offer, the location now meets all assessed requirements under the Childcare Act. One violation was identified: on 8 April 2026, according to the rosters, no staff member with a valid first aid (EHBO) certificate was present while children were on site. The holder demonstrated that they themselves, who had been scheduled for both daycare (kinderopvang) and after-school care (BSO), were in fact present with valid first aid qualifications.
