On August 27, 2026, the Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection at Kibeo Sport BSO Zierikzee, an after-school care (BSO) for children aged 8 to 13 years located in the clubhouse of football club MZC'11. The location provides care for a maximum of 22 children in one group. The inspection assessed the pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. In all areas examined, the provider meets the statutory quality requirements. The safety and health policy is up-to-date and well adhered to, staff hold valid Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG) and correct registration, and the reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse is adequate. Regarding the 2025 annual complaints report, it was found that although it was sent to the GGD in a timely manner, it was not shared with parents simultaneously. The provider has since done so. Conditionally, this point was not assessed; extra attention will be paid to this next year.
