KDV Tierentijn

Welcome to Kindcentrum Tierentijn, located at Pastoriestraat 1 in the Goirke / Oud Noord district of Tilburg. We provide daycare for children aged 0-4 years. Together with primary school De Stappen we form a child-centre where care, development and education flow seamlessly into one another. Our entire location is designed around the theme of Textiles. The name Tierentijn refers to weaving different fabrics – a symbolic reflection of how we weave childcare and education into one whole. From baby to toddler, every child has the space to grow in a safe, familiar environment. KDV Tierentijn has two vertical baby and toddler groups where children aged 0-4 play and learn together. We offer pre-school education (VE) through the Startblokken programme and consciously work on language and speech development. Our pedagogical staff provide warm, professional guidance and offer activities such as arts & crafts, reading aloud, sand and water play and outdoor play in our large discovery garden. There is plenty of attention for rest periods and babies can even sleep outdoors in safely enclosed outdoor beds. We take allergies or dietary requirements into account.
