Summary

Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 't Woudlopertje in Nieuw-Vennep provides care for up to 92 children aged 3 months to 4 years in six fixed core groups. The annual unannounced inspection visit on 4 November 2025 concludes that the location meets all inspected statutory quality requirements. The pedagogical practice offers children emotional security, challenging activities and appropriate guidance. The pedagogical policy plan is up-to-date and meticulously implemented; parents receive clear information about mentors and group composition. Staff hold the required diplomas, language proficiency level 3F/B2 and baby-specific training where necessary; all employees are registered in the personnel register and hold a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). The staff-child ratio is always in order, even during brief deviation periods (max. 3 hours per day), with at least 50% of the required number of qualified staff present and a second adult available internally. Stability is guaranteed: children are placed in a fixed core group with familiar faces, a personal mentor and a maximum of two group rooms per week. Incidental relocation due to illness only occurs with parental consent and accompaniment by a familiar staff member. The parent committee is satisfied with involvement, communication and the creative, age-appropriate activities.
