PSZ De Spil in Apeldoorn, part of Smallsteps B.V. (formerly Partou), was inspected on 2 June 2026 for an incidental investigation into a change in the number of childcare places from 14 to 28. The location provides toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years at basisschool Emma. The inspection assessed the change application and the accommodation. There is sufficient indoor space available for 28 children, divided between a group room in the school (75.6 m²) and an annex building (45.88 m²). The annex building is not yet furnished; modifications such as radiator shielding and a new kitchen are still being carried out. The outdoor space still needs to be definitively agreed upon. No violations were identified. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to grant the change in the LRK.
