Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Noorden conducted a registration inspection on 14 September 2026 at KDV Prinses Margriet in Julianadorp, a new daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) location operated by Monter Kinderopvang for a maximum of 46 children (ages 0-4). The location is scheduled to open on 20 October 2026 in the school building of primary school Prinses Margriet. The inspection included a practical observation of the premises, an interview with the location manager and a document review. The inspector concludes that responsible childcare is expected and advises inclusion in the National Childcare Register. All assessed conditions have been met, including registration, administration, pedagogical policy, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)/Persons Register, accommodation requirements and parental rights. Pedagogical practice and staff qualifications could not yet be assessed as the childcare is not yet operational; this will follow at a subsequent inspection after opening.
