Summary

This inspection report concerns an abbreviated incidental inspection conducted in connection with a planned change of operator at toddler daycare It Pjuttehonk in Tjerkwerd. The current operator, Vereniging Kids First, will transfer the location to Kinderwoud Kinderopvang B.V. on 17 August 2026, at which time the name will change to Kinderwoud Tjerkwerd. The inspection took place on 16 June 2026 and consisted of desk research and email correspondence. All assessed elements comply with legal requirements: the change was correctly notified, a pedagogical policy plan and work plan are in place, the new operator and board members are registered in the Childcare Personnel Register with valid Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG), a safety and health policy has been formally established, and registration with the Disputes Committee has been arranged. The safety and health policy will be evaluated within three months and updated if necessary. The location has 14 places for toddlers aged 2–4 years and is open two mornings per week. The previous three annual inspections (2023–2025) likewise showed no shortcomings.
