• Early childhood education (voorschoolse educatie/VE): The VE training plan does not correspond with practice. Two of the four described training sessions in 2025 did not take place. Staff members are not familiar with the 'VE Evaluation' and have not worked with the VE template in 2025. The Personal Development Plan and QuickScan Uk & Puk have not been completed by all staff members.
• Deployment of pedagogical policy staff: The IKK coaching is not included in the training plan. The distribution of coaching hours has not been documented in writing. A substitute staff member did not receive IKK coaching in 2025, meaning not all staff members received annual coaching.
