About this care
KDV Marslanden II is a small-scale daycare center located in the Marslanden district of Hardenberg. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since August 16, 2024, under number 447888377. As part of Stichting Welluswijs Kindcentra, we operate from a clear vision: giving children the space to discover, develop, and grow in a safe and familiar environment.
At KDV Marslanden II, the development of each child is central. We offer a homely atmosphere where children feel safe and secure. Our pedagogical staff work with small groups, allowing for plenty of individual attention for each child. We closely monitor the children's development and tailor our activities to their needs and interests.
Our location is situated at Steenanjer 1 in the new Marslanden district. The spaces are bright and freshly decorated, with special attention to a quiet sleeping environment for the youngest children. We work with horizontal groups, where children of approximately the same age are together in a group. This provides peace and familiarity for the children.
As part of Welluswijs, we contribute to the development of both children and parents. We believe that parents have room to grow in their work and parenting when they know their child is in good hands. Kindcentrum Marslanden II in Hardenberg, part of Stichting Welluswijs, was inspected by GGD IJsselland on 10 March 2026. This was an annual inspection for daycare (dagopvang) with 16 places for children aged 2-4 years. The location complies with the act on almost all subjects: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. The pedagogical climate is experienced as a strong point, with sensitive approach to children and attention to emotional safety. However, one violation was identified in the area of parental rights: the alternative parent consultation is insufficient. Because there is no parent committee (fewer than 50 children), the holder must involve parents in a structural manner through other means. This currently happens primarily through one-way communication such as newsletters, without genuine dialogue or input. This problem has been discussed several times over the past two years; therefore, no recovery offer is being made. The GGD advises enforcement.
