KindThuis Peuteropvang is a small-scale daycare centre located at Klarenbeekseweg 129 in Klarenbeek. Registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 March 2025, the centre provides care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Thanks to the limited number of places, we can give every child the personal attention and care they deserve. Our childcare is set in a calm, homely environment where children feel safe and secure. Summary
This GGD inspection report concerns a follow-up investigation on 1 September 2026 at KindThuis Peuteropvang in Klarenbeek, conducted by GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland on behalf of the municipality of Apeldoorn. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 16 April 2026 during which a violation was identified in the safety and health domain. Staff did not comply with the hygiene policy: the changing mat was not cleaned after every nappy change and hands were not always washed after nappy changing, with unwashed hands even being used to hand out fruit to children. At the follow-up investigation, it appeared that the location had taken measures: a protocol had been posted, paper towels and a new bin had been purchased, and staff had agreed to hold each other accountable for hand hygiene. The shortcoming has been resolved and the location now meets the quality requirements.
