About this care
Welcome to Kinderopvang De Lieve Beestjes, part of Schip à Hoi, a warm and homely daycare centre located in the characteristic building at Landstraat 81 in Delfzijl. At this location we offer multiple forms of childcare: daycare (KDV) for children aged 0-4, after-school care (BSO) for 4-12 year olds, toddler care (PO) and early childhood education (VVE).
We work with the KIKI programme for early childhood education, which gives children a good start towards primary school. Our pedagogical staff create a safe and stimulating environment in which children can play, discover and learn. Activities are adapted to the age and interests of the children, so they can grow naturally and discover their talents.
Our indoor spaces are light, open and cosily furnished with various play corners where children can give free rein to their creativity. Outside we have cosy gardens where children can play happily, and we regularly use nearby playgrounds for extra play opportunities in the fresh air.
At Schip à Hoi, children learn not only through play, but also through interaction with others. They develop important skills such as cooperation, sharing and standing up for themselves. We guide children in resolving conflicts and encourage them to find their own voice.
Kinderopvang De Lieve Beestjes is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK number: 278220253 for KDV, 537958873 for BSO) and is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.
