Summary

Kindercentrum het Kindercircus in Oegstgeest, part of Stichting Kinderopvang Oegstgeest (SKO), was inspected unannounced on 11 February 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden. The annual inspection showed that the location meets the legal requirements in all examined areas. The pedagogical practice is of good quality: staff members work sensitively and effectively stimulate children's development. The early childhood education with the Uk & Puk program is well organized, including sufficient hours and appropriate deployment of a pedagogical policy staff member. Safety and health are safeguarded; staff members are familiar with the protocols. No shortcomings or violations were identified in this inspection. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement measures. Notably, at the previous annual inspection (March 2025) a recovery offer was issued within the domain of early childhood education; this has since been resolved.
