Summary
GGD Flevoland conducted a follow-up investigation on 30 September 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Kleine Tuin in Almere. The investigation was prompted by violations identified during the annual inspection of 24 June 2025 in the areas of Safety & Health and Parental Rights. The follow-up investigation, conducted through document review without a site visit, demonstrates that all shortcomings have since been resolved. The safety and health policy has been expanded to include measures against sunburn and indoor temperature risks. The website now states that protocols can be viewed on location, and an active parent committee has been established through which parents can exercise their advisory rights. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
