Summary
GGD inspection on 11 August 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) SamSam KDV Marcanti 499 in Amsterdam. The location provides care for 57 children in 4 core groups, including 3 baby groups and 1 toddler group. The pedagogical climate was assessed positively: children have free play, are encouraged in self-reliance, and experience structure and emotional security. There are 12 permanent staff members and 1 vacancy. All staff hold the correct qualifications and Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag/VOG). Two violations were identified: 1 permanent and 1 temporary staff member were not correctly linked in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). Following a recovery offer, both staff members were subsequently linked and the violations were terminated. The organisation is developing a new procedure to prevent this in future. No complaints were reported. The GGD advises that no measures be imposed.
