Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted a further investigation on 10 February 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 't Drempeltje of Norlandia in Someren. This investigation followed an annual inspection in October 2025 during which violations were identified in the areas of early childhood education, care stability, and parent committee. At that time, the holder made use of a recovery offer (herstelaanbod) but had not resolved all violations. This further investigation found that the location now does meet all assessed quality requirements. The early childhood education is in order, with annual evaluation of the early childhood education policy. Care stability has also been addressed: there are mentor lists for all core groups and permanent staff members have been assigned to the children. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
