KDV Het Kwakernest

Welcome to daycare Het Kwakernest, located at Bunzingweide 2 in the Noordhove district of Zoetermeer. We are part of Gro-up Kinderopvang and offer small-scale, home-like childcare for up to 52 children aged 0 to 4. With us you experience the stability of a professional daycare combined with the cosiness of a child-minding service. Our location consists of four home groups: Guppies (0-2 years, max. 8 children), Kikkertjes (0-2 years, max. 12 children), Libelle (2-4 years, max. 16 children) and Vlinder (2-4 years, max. 16 children). We work with an open-door policy during playtimes, giving children more movement and play space and allowing them to choose which activities to join. Our qualified staff provide a safe, loving environment where learning through play is key. We use the Early Childhood Education programme Piramide in the Vlinder and Libelle groups, stimulating language, numeracy and social skills in playful ways. We track children's development with the KIJK! monitoring system and offer development-oriented activities tailored to their needs. Daily outings are possible to the library, sheep meadow, city theatre or petting zoo. Our spacious garden is a true playground where children can run, cycle, play with sand and jump. Indoors we have two unique play halls where children can play, do activities and move. Our childcare is inclusive of food and nappies. Parents don't need to bring anything except any special diet food or breast milk. Fresh hot meals, bread meals, fruit and drinks are served daily. We communicate through the gro-up parent portal and Konnect Parent App, so you receive photos, reports and important information during your workday.
