Welcome to KDV Jip & Janneke at Ringbaan-Zuid 255 in Tilburg. We are a small-scale daycare centre with 48 places, divided into three groups: two baby/toddler groups and one preschool group. Our homely atmosphere is created by a small, permanent team where everyone knows each other. We believe children discover the world themselves; we simply give them the little push they need at that moment. By observing closely and connecting to their world of experience we provide space for self-reliance. Our horizontal grouping ensures that activities and materials are perfectly tailored to your child’s age. The centre is clearly laid out and conveniently located in Tilburg-Zuid, close to the Heyhoef shopping centre. We offer childcare for children from 0 to 4 years, both full and half days. Summary
Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Jip & Janneke in Tilburg provides care for 48 children (0-4 years) in three core groups and early childhood education using the Startblokken method. The annual inspection of 18 November 2025 shows an overall positive pedagogical climate: the pedagogical policy is clear, qualified staff work in accordance with the plan, children receive development-oriented guidance and parents are actively involved. There was one violation: on two days, an unqualified BBL student was formally deployed in the toddler group without the required VE qualifications. The supervisor offered a recovery offer; the organisation accepted this and immediately provided a corrected roster showing that all qualification requirements have been met again since 1 December 2025. Staff registration and Certificate of Conduct (VOG) records are in order. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to take enforcement action.
