Welcome to Jessi Kidz located at Breehorn 80 in Lelystad. We provide small-scale daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely environment. Our childcare facility has 23 places divided into two core groups, with the KDV group specifically for children aged 0 to 4 years.
Our vision is based on the four R's: Rest, Cleanliness, Regularity and Respect. These values form the foundation of our daily approach. We provide children with emotional and physical safety and encourage the development of personal and social competencies. Our goal is for children to learn norms, values and culture through play.

Summary
This Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report dated 1 September 2026 concerns a follow-up investigation into daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Jessi Kidz in Lelystad. This inspection followed an annual investigation on 9 February 2026 in which violations had been identified in the area of safety and health. The location was given the opportunity to remedy the shortcomings. During the unannounced visit, it appeared that the safety and health policy was still insufficiently complete and clear in certain respects. The holder supplemented the policy during the inspection with, among other things, the policy cycle, transparency for parents and staff, and the indoor and outdoor climate protocol. After these adjustments, the policy meets legal requirements. Day-to-day implementation in the areas of hygiene, ventilation and indoor climate was good. The advice to the municipality is to enforce in accordance with enforcement policy.
