Summary

GGD Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 5 December 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Het Strand in Badhoevedorp. The location provides care for 32 children aged 0-4 years in two core groups. All assessed quality requirements within the themes of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and safety and health are fully complied with. The pedagogical policy plan is complete, the pedagogical practice provides emotional security and developmental stimulation, and the safety and health policy is up-to-date and correctly implemented. All staff members hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), meet the babysitting training and language requirement (3F/B2), and are correctly registered. No trainees or childcare professionals in training are currently being deployed in a formative capacity. No violations or areas for improvement identified. The municipal executive is advised not to take enforcement measures.
