Het Kleine Paleis

Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf "Het Kleine Paleis" in Berghem, Netherlands. We are located in the Piekenhoef at Zonnebloem 7A and have been providing small-scale childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years since 2008. We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, caring for a maximum of 5 to 6 children per day so that each child receives personal attention. Our location features spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The enclosed garden offers a challenging bike route with various ride-on toys, a playhouse, sandbox, toddler swing and seesaw. Inside, we have different corners where children can play, do crafts and rest. We offer a varied range of activities: singing, reading books, crafts, painting, gluing, cutting, drawing, stamping, cooking activities, puzzles, dance and movement games, and playing with hand puppets. We regularly go for walks to playgrounds, the petting farm, or visit one of the supermarkets in the village. Pedagogical staff member Jessica Mekenkamp works on the floor every day. She holds a "Childcare Leader" diploma and obtained the "Specialized Pedagogical Worker" diploma in 2020, supplemented by a higher vocational certificate in "Guiding Children and Youth" and a first aid diploma from the Orange Cross. Extra attention is given to the settling-in period for new children. We are registered with the National Childcare Register (registration number 256063576), so you can apply for childcare allowance. For a no-obligation tour and introduction, you can call, app or email us.
