Summary

A Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection on 26 November 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Dribbel in Molenhoek (48 places, 3 groups) shows that all assessed legal requirements are now being met following remediation. In June 2025, there were still shortcomings: one pedagogical staff member had insufficient early childhood education (ECE) certification and the training plan lacked concrete, verifiable agreements. A target group toddler overview and the deployment of the ECE coach were also missing. After a formal notice from the municipality with a 2-month recovery period, the organisation submitted an action plan, new coaching, up-to-date personnel files and a revised training plan. All violations have since been resolved; the pedagogical climate now meets the standard. The GGD advises the municipality to take no further enforcement action.
