Dikkertje Dap Zevenkamp is located at F. Bordewijkstraat 5 in Rotterdam-Zevenkamp and is part of the Van Veldhuizen Stichting. We provide full-day care plus for children aged 1 to 4 years. Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted a follow-up investigation on 30 October 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Dikkertje Dap Zevenkamp (Van Veldhuizen Stichting, Rotterdam). Of the four previously rejected points, three have now been resolved: safety and health policy (first aid certificates in place), reporting, consultation and notification obligations (staff retrained), and room requirements (chairs made safe/replaced). The violation regarding training requirements has not yet been resolved: a pedagogical policy staff member/coach lacks the required professional qualification and will only start appropriate training from December 2025/February 2026. The location works with a maximum of 10 children, uses the preschool programme Uk & Puk, and preferably deploys university of applied sciences (hbo)-qualified staff. The GGD advises the municipality of Rotterdam to enforce.
