Welcome to Daycare De Toverhoed, located in the heart of the new residential area Groot Holthuizen in Zevenaar. Our beautiful, modern building at Bemlaan 1 offers a warm and safe environment for children aged 0 to 4 years. We are part of Humankind, the largest non-commercial organization for childcare and child development in the Netherlands with over 40 years of experience. At De Toverhoed, we believe in learning from each other. That's why we work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and develop together. Each child is given the space to grow at their own pace, while learning from one another. Our experienced and dedicated pedagogical staff offer active and varied activities daily, often in collaboration with primary school De Bem. Think of a toddler five-day program, the national outdoor play day, or simply enjoying a quiet moment together — every day is different! We believe it's important for children to spend plenty of time outdoors. Every day, we go outside so they can play, explore, and move in our own garden or in the surrounding area. Healthy nutrition is a priority for us. We provide fresh fruit and healthy snacks to ensure the children have the energy they need to play and grow. Daycare De Toverhoed is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. We offer care for children aged 0 to 4 and are officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK number: 493936191), which means parents can apply for childcare allowance. Our goal is to work together with parents to create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where children can develop to their full potential.
