Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Helpende Handjes in Erp was inspected unannounced on 20 August 2026 by GGD Hart voor Brabant. The location, housed in an annex building with two core groups for 28 children (0-4 years), meets all assessed quality requirements regarding pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and parental rights. The pedagogical policy is well implemented in practice, with positive observations of the guidance behaviour of staff members. The stability of childcare is ensured by fixed core groups and permanent staff members. The active parent committee (7 members) is satisfied with the childcare. No violations or areas for improvement were identified during this annual inspection. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Meierijstad not to take enforcement measures.
