Welcome to CompaNanny Westerpark! Located on Van Slingelandtplein in Amsterdam-West, a stone's throw from Westerpark, we offer daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for children aged 0-4 years.
Our 4 baby groups (0-2 years), 2 toddler groups (2-4 years) and toddler-preschool group (1.5-4 years) are all bright and spacious. Around the corner lies Westerpark, one of Amsterdam's most delightful parks, which we regularly visit with the children. This location also has a beautiful garden for the children to play in.
With our age-appropriate activities for every age group, we always respond to your child's developmental stage. We work with our own carefully developed pedagogical vision, which forms the basis for our mindful working method, well-trained staff, and extra services for parents.

Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of CompaNanny Westerpark (daycare center/kinderdagverblijf, 96 places) focused on compliance with a previously issued directive regarding the placement of children in a different core group in order to meet the staff-child ratio. In the first inspection period (15 Sept–8 Oct 2025), this practice was still found to occur on 15 and 16 September: 3 children per day were placed elsewhere. The location indicated that it had only received the directive on 12 September and was unable to arrange replacement staff. In a second period (30 Oct–20 Nov 2025), all children were placed in their own core group; 5 new staff members had started, and scheduling and replacement procedures had been tightened. The supervisory authority has therefore concluded that the violation has been lifted.
